Cells are the one part we buy in. Each batch arrives with its own UN 38.3 and IEC 62133 file, and we keep the batch number on the carton so a report can be traced back to the exact units you received.

Every file below is issued for a specific cell and batch. Ask for the set that matches the capacity you are buying — a 5,000 mAh report does not cover a 2,500 mAh shipment, and a marketplace reviewer will notice.
